The Edmonton Buddhist Research Institute (EBRI), through its main public body Trúc Lâm Monastery, is one of the largest congregations of Vietnamese Buddhists in North America with over 2,000 international visitors annually. EBRI’s mission is to offer engaged Buddhist study, Buddhist practice, and harmonious living in the 21st century, creating a vibrant community rooted in the Mahayana tradition.

Insight Acupuncture is a not-for-profit clinic founded by Dr. Michael Nguyen (Thích Huệ Tạng), a practitioner of Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Buddhist monk with over a decade of monastic experience. The clinic is dedicated to providing accessible, holistic healthcare to the community, offering free acupuncture treatments to individuals regardless of their financial circumstances.

Bamboo Forest Discovery is a media project exploring ways to bring the teachings of ethical mindful living to youth through different forms of media including: Video-Shorts, Vlogs, Media Productions, Podcasts, and Digital & Traditional Arts. The Director and Spiritual Chaplain of the Bamboo Forest Discovery project is Brother Thích Chơn Tạng, a Buddhist monastic in Canada from the Vietnamese Thiền tradition.
