Eligibility
Requirements for Partnership
To be considered for partnership, your organization must meet the following criteria:
Mission Alignment

Your work must align with Bodhi Chanda’s core values of compassion, ethical action, and community empowerment.
Official Status*

Your organization must be officially registered as a non-profit or charitable organization under the relevant federal or state/provincial government. Please see the bottom of the page for examples of acceptable registrations.

For communities without formal registration, consultation will be made to determine eligibility based on your mission, activities, and impact.
Social Responsibility

Your organization must demonstrate a commitment to social responsibility, ethical conduct, and the well-being of the communities you serve.
Transparency

You must be willing to share information about your programs, finances, and impact to ensure accountability.
Righteous Conduct
-
Your organization must be free from serious scandals or controversies, such as financial misconduct, abuse, or discrimination.

Describing the Support You Need
Bodhi Chanda provides a range of services to help organizations achieve their goals. Based on the needs of our current partners, we can support you in areas such as:
Technical Support

Cloud administration, domain and website management, IT operations, and software licensing.
Grant Writing and Funding

Assistance with identifying grants, writing applications, and securing funding for your projects.
Program Development

Collaboration on initiatives that align with your mission, such as retreats, workshops, or community outreach programs.
Operational Efficiency

Help with creating compliance documents, streamlining processes, and improving internal systems.
Training and Tools

Providing training for collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams and Office 365 to enhance team productivity.

After Requesting
Submitting Documentation & References
Once you’ve submitted your request, we may request additional documentation to assess your eligibility. This may include:

Financial statements or annual reports.

References from community members, partners, or stakeholders.

A detailed description of your programs and impact.
We’ll review your request and documentation carefully to ensure a good fit with Bodhi Chanda’s mission and values.

Good Standing
Maintaining the Partnership
To maintain your partnership with Bodhi Chanda, your organization must:
Uphold Ethical Standards:

Continue to operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Protect Communities:

Ensure your programs and activities are safe, inclusive, and free from harm or exploitation.
Stay in Good Standing:

Maintain your non-profit or charitable status and avoid serious scandals or controversies.
Provide Updates:

Share regular updates about your programs, impact, and any challenges you’re facing.
Bodhi Chanda reserves the right to pause or terminate partnerships if an organization fails to meet these standards. However, we’re committed to working with you to address challenges and find solutions whenever possible.
